The Kernels “Text 2 WIN” Game (the “Game”) begins on February 1, 2019 and ends on or before March 31st, 2019 as provided below (the “Promotional Period”)

10. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute alternate prizes of like kind and value for any and all elements of the prizing in this contest, should any element become unavailable for any reason. Decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding regarding all aspects of this contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or limit the Game at any time. The Promotional Period ends upon the earlier of all prizes being awarded, the Sponsor terminating the Game, or March 31st, 2019.
11. All players agree to have their names included on a Winners List. For a list of the names of the game winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Kernels Popcorn Perks Text 2 WIN” 40 Eglinton Ave. East, Suite #250, Toronto, Ontario M4P 3A2. Requests must be received after March 31st, 2019 and before April 30th, 2019.
12. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
