The Master Your Bedroom with K-Y Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by RB Health (Canada) Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and begins on October 1, 2020 at 2:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.

THE PRIZE:
There will be two (2) Bedroom Makeover Prizes (each a “Prize”) available to be won. Each Prize
consists of $2,500 CAD (to be provided in the form of a cheque).
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to each
Prize: (i) Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or assignable (except as may
be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions are
permitted, except at Sponsor’s option; and (iii) Sponsor reserves the right at any time to substitute
the Prize for any reason with a prize of equal or greater value.
