The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM local (Eastern) time Ontario (“ET”) on November 5, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 18, 2020 (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and to win a Prize in the Contest, a person must be a resident of Ontario, Canada who: (i) is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time he/she enters the Contest.

PRIZING: There are a total of 150 Prizes available to be won in the Contest, each referred to as a Locally
Sourced Sampler Box (“Sampler Box”). Approximate retail value of each Sampler Box is up to $100.00.
Each Sampler Box consists of an assortment of local products specific to the region the products are sold in,
and as such vary in both number of products included, and exact retail value based on the region. The
allocation of Prizes is as follows:
(a) Fifty (50) Sampler Boxes from the Greater Toronto Area
(b) Twenty (20) Sampler Boxes from the Escarpment Region
(c) Twenty (20) Sampler Boxes from the Southwestern Ontario Region
(d) Twenty (20) Sampler Boxes from the St. Lawrence Seaway Region
(e) Twenty (20) Sampler Boxes from the Eastern Region
(f) Twenty (20) Sampler Boxes from the Northern Region
