
The “ST-SENATORS” Contest (the “Contest”) is held by Les Rôtisseries St-Hubert Ltée (the “Organizer”).
The Contest begins on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 11 h 00 min 01 sec Eastern Time (ET) and ends on
Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 23 h 59 min 59 sec ET (the “Contest Period”).
The persons who are eligible to participate in the Contest are those who meet the following criteria at the
time of entering in the Contest: they are legal residents of Canada and have reached the legal age of
majority in their province or territory of residence (a “Participant” or, collectively, the “Participants”).

THE PRIZES
A. The Grand Prize.
There shall be one (1) Grand Prize available as part of the Contest. The Grand Prize has an
approximative value of seven thousand four hundred dollars ($7,400 CAD). This approximate retail
value is set out in Canadian dollars and does not include applicable taxes. The Grand Prize is
comprised of the following elements:
a. Four (4) economy class return airplane tickets on any flight operated by Air Canada
(including Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge) for the Grand Prize Winner (as such
term is defined below) and three of his/her guests, from the airport served by Air Canada
that is the closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s city, to a major airport in Canada or the
United States of America (including Hawaii) served by Air Canada (the “Airplane Tickets”)
(ARV: $ 5,000). The following details, terms and conditions apply to the Airplane Tickets:
i. The approximative value of the Airplane Ticketsis five thousand dollars ($5,000).
The real value of the Airplane Tickets may vary depending on flight fares
fluctuation, the departure point in Canada and selected travel dates. No
monetary compensation will be provided in case of difference between the
approximate and real value of the Airplane Tickets. The Airplane Tickets must be
accepted as awarded and are subject to all the relevant terms and conditions
applicable at the time of redemption, including Air Canada’s general conditions
of carriage publicly available at
www.aircanada.ca/ca/en/aco/home/legal/conditions-carriage-tariffs.html;
ii. The Airplane Tickets must be booked by and the return date must be on or prior
to December 13, 2023. Certain restrictions apply to the Airplane Ticket dates and
the Grand Prize Winner will not be allowed to redeem the Airplane Tickets during
the blackout periods, including, without limitations, the Christmas and New
Year’s Eve period (from December 14, 2022 until January 9, 2023) and the
summer holiday periods (from June 22, 2022 until July 2, 2022, and from July 7,
2022 until September 5, 2022). Other blackout periods may apply in 2023; the
details of the blackout periods will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner at the
time of booking the Airplane Tickets. The dates of the Airplane Tickets are subject
to flight availability. Final Airplane Ticket dates and times will be determined by
Air Canada in accordance with the operating schedule at the time of travel. No
changes to the Airplane Ticket dates are allowed once the booking is completed
and the Airplane Tickets have been issued;
iii. The Organizer is not liable for delayed or canceled flights, for any other event out
of the Organizer’s control which could prevent or delay the flights, or
for any consequences of the foregoing on accommodation bookings or any other
activities booked by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests at their
destination;
iv. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary,
meaning that they must travel on the same dates, on the same flight, from the
same departure point and to the same destination. The Airplane Tickets cannot
be transferred in whole or in part to another person; they must be used solely
by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests.
v. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for obtaining,
at their own expenses, all required travel documents and ensuring their validity
at the time of the flights, including, without limitation, a passport, any travel
visas that may be required by the country of destination and any proof of
vaccination or COVID-19 screening. No monetary compensation will be provided
if travel is prevented due to failure of the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her
guests to comply with applicable requirements in Canada or in the country of
destination at the time of travel;
vi. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests must comply, at their own expenses,
with all health requirements in effect at the time of travel, whether related to
the COVID-19 pandemic or otherwise, to be eligible to travel to the destination
country and return to Canada. No monetary compensation will be provided in
the event that the use of the Airplane Tickets is prevented due to failure of the
Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her guests to comply with health requirements
in effect at the time of travel. The information regarding health requirements
related to COVID-19 are available on the website of the Government of Canada:
https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid . These requirements are subject to change
without notice. The Grand Prize Winner understands and acknowledges, and
will ensure that each of his/her guests understands and acknowledges, the risks
related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases and understand that
it remains their responsibility to take the necessary precautions applicable to any
health hazards, including but not limited to COVID-19. The Grand Prize Winner is
aware and will ensure that each guest is also aware of the Air Canada CleanCare+
Program and the then-applicable mandatory health and safety measures.

vii. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for obtaining,
at their own cost, personal, medical and travel insurance prior to departure,
including, without limitation, coverage for medical care at destination and any
expenses that may be incurred by a mandatory quarantine period at the
destination or upon return to Canada;
viii. In the event that it is impossible to redeem the Airplane Tickets due to the
applicable health restrictions or due to another force majeure event (i.e., a travel
ban taking effect before the Airplane Tickets are booked by the Grand Prize
Winner), the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide
instead the approximate monetary value of the Airplane Tickets, as indicated in
these Rules, to the Grand Prize Winner;
ix. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for any and all
costs, expenses and taxes related to their travel, including, without limitation,
personal expenses of any nature for overnight layovers, service charges, in-flight
meals and entertainment, obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to
departure; obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as
passports and visas, proof of vaccination against COVID-19 and complying with
entry, health, customs and immigration regulations and requirements;
x. The Airplane Tickets do not qualify for miles/points accumulation in any frequent
flyer program or other program. The use of upgrade certificates is not permitted
for flights, nor are upgrades;
xi. Photos and images used in advertising or promotional materials (including, but
not limited to, print advertising, the Contest Website, electronic and web banner
advertising) are provided for reference only and are not a guarantee with respect
to the flights.
b. Four (4) tickets to assist to a home Ottawa Senators game (ARV: $600 CAD) and four (4)
official Ottawa Senators jerseys (ARV: $800 CAD); and
c. One (1) St-Hubert gift card of a value of $ 1,000 CAD.

All costs and expenses, other than those specifically mentioned above as being included in the Grand
Prize, will be borne by the Grand Prize Winner and each of his/her guests.
B. The Secondary Prizes
There are a total of eight (8) Secondary Prizes available during the Contest Period. The approximate
value of the Secondary Prizes is twelve thousand eight hundred dollars ($12,800 CAD). The
approximate retail value of the Secondary Prizes is set out in Canadian currency and does not include
applicable taxes.
