Toyota Canada’s Weekend TRUCKover Contest (the “Contest”) begins on November 7, 2018 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2019 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Toyota Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”), it parent company, subsidiaries, associated and affiliated entities, prize suppliers, dealers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).

THE PRIZES:
There will be twelve (12) Prizes (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) available to be won. Each Prize consists of the opportunity for the confirmed winner and one (1) guest (each, a “Guest”) to participate in a curated adventure experience weekend getaway – which, includes: (i) round trip transportation (economy class) for the confirmed winner and his/her Guest to Eganridge Resort in Fenelon Falls, Ontario from a Canadian departure location near the confirmed winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) accommodation for two (2) (double occupancy – to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) for two (2) nights in a hotel or hotels determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (including select meals, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) ; (iii) participation in select educational (including without limitation an education session on Toyota trucks, such as the TRD lineup of trucks) and adventure activities (which may include a guided off-road excursion in a Toyota brand vehicle, white water kayaking, treetop trekking or other activities) (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (iv) use of a Toyota brand vehicle (to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) (the “Vehicle”) for travel to and from the resort for arrival and departure and for planned activities while participating in the Prize (includes: Vehicle Insurance and Public Liability and Property Damage coverage, as provided by the Sponsor); and (v) Toyota branded merchandise (all as selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion and with a total approximate retail value of $300 CAD). All travel must take place between May 25, 2019 and May 27, 2019 (or on such other dates as specified by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). Each Prize has a total maximum retail value of $8,4000 CAD – although the actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure and other factors, in no event will the actual retail value exceed $8,400 CAD. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any difference between the actual and total maximum retail values be awarded. Choice of transportation, hotel accommodations (including, without limitation, room size and occupancy), Vehicle and all other aspects of each Prize are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
