The Contest will be open from Sunday, January 17, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern time) to
Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time) (the “Entry Deadline”).
The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal or permanent residents of Canada, who
are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their province
or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Twenty-one (21) prizes (individually, a “Prize”) will be awarded consisting of the following:
a. A RW GOLD membership for one (1) year valued at $751.00; and
b. One (1) RW&CO. gift card having a value of $200.00 which may be used at any
participating RW&CO. store across Canada and the RW&CO. e-commerce site (the
“Gift Card”).
The total retail value of each Prize is $951.00 and the total retail value of all Prizes in
connection with the Contest is $19,971.00.
