The Contest will be open from Monday, February 6th, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern time) to
Monday, March 20th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time) (the “Entry Deadline”).
The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal or permanent residents of Canada, who
are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their province
or territory of residence at the time of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded in the Contest. The Grand Prize will
comprise:
One or more RW&CO. gift card(s) valued at two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00)
which may be used at any participating RW&CO. store across Canada (each a “RW&CO.
Store”, collectively, the “RW&CO. Stores”) or the RW&CO. e-commerce site (the “RW&CO.
Gift Cards”).
The total retail value of the Grand Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00)
