Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes entry period is from May 24, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) to June 3, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Administrator is the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes.
Prizes
At the outset of the Sweepstakes, there will be a total of nine (9) prize packages available to be won: one (1) grand prize, one (1) second prize and seven (7) additional prizes.
• One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize winner will receive a Home Hardware Gift Card Approximate retail value of the grand prize is $500.
• One (1) second prize will be awarded. Second prize winner will receive a pair of Dickies “Overtime” safety boots. Approximate retail value of the second prize is $130.
•Seven (7) additional prizes will be awarded. Each additional prize winner will receive a Dickies clothing package with an approximate retail value of $130. The clothing package will be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes available to be won in these Sweepstakes is $1,540 CAD. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the Winner’s responsibility. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Unless otherwise specified, all amounts to be advanced, paid, tendered or calculated under these Official Rules are to be advanced, paid, tendered or calculated in Canadian currency.
