The “BCSkication” Contest (1 x Entry)
The BCSkication Contest (the “Contest”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on August 15, 2013 (“Contest Start Date”), and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on October 14, 2013 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM MT on October 14, 2013 (“Contest Close Date”). Entries submitted past Contest Close Date will not be accepted and will be destroyed.
To be eligible, you must be a verifiable legal resident of the country of Canada (excluding Quebec), who has reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, (“Entrant”). Entry in this Contest constitutes acceptance of the contest rules (the “Contest Rules”). Employees of the Contest Entities, of their advertising, Contestal and public relations agencies, members of the immediate family and household of such employees, are not eligible to enter. For purposes of these Rules, “member of the immediate family” means spouse, father, mother, son, daughter, brother and sister of the Entrant, whether or not they are part of the same household.
BCSkication – GRAND PRIZE:
Grand Prize: There is a total of One (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be won in connection with the “BCSkication” Contest. The Contest Winner will receive a Grand Prize package consisting of:
- A trip for two to Selkirk Wilderness Skiing, The Original Cat Ski Operation (5 days, 6 nights, valued at $10,000)
- $1000 for each the Contest Winner and their (1) guest to spend on gear from Icebreaker (for a total $2000), to be redeemed only at LiveOutThere.com on full-priced merchandise before January 31, 2013;
- Airfare to and from Castlegar Airport (YCG) from the major airport nearest to the Contest Winner.*
- $500 spending money
Upon receipt of the Grand Prize, the Contest Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including, without limitation, all applicable federal, state and local taxes. To be declared a Contest Winner, a selected Entrant must answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
