Black Diamond Cheestrings “ WIN A FAMILY COTTAGE VACATION ” Contest (the “Contest”) is
sponsored by Parmalat Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The Contest starts on Monday June 6, 2016 (the
“Contest Opening Date”) at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”). The Contest closes at 10:00 am ET on
Monday August 1, 2016 (the “Contest Closing Date”).
The Contest is open to all individuals who are residents of Canada and located in Canada at the time
of entry, except individuals residing in the province of Quebec who are under the age of thirteen (13).
All other entrants under the age of thirteen (13) will require parental consent to become a
cheestrings.ca member and to participate in the Contest.
GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won by the selected entrant (Grand Prize
winner) during the Contest, consisting of $10,000 (CAD) that must be allocated towards the rental
cost of a cottage for a seven (7) consecutive day (i.e.: one (1) week) period. The cost of the cottage
rental (including all applicable taxes) for the aforementioned period shall not exceed $10,000 (CAD).
In the event that the full $10,000 (CAD) is not required to cover the cost (including taxes) of the
cottage rental for the seven (7) consecutive day (i.e.: one (1) week) period, the difference in the
amount of the cost to rent the cottage (including taxes) and $10,000 (CAD) will be made payable to
the Grand Prize winner to be used for expenses related to the cottage such as transportation, boat
rental, groceries and other expenses at the sole discretion of the Grand Prize winner. For greater
certainty, in no event shall the Sponsor be required to pay more than $10,000 (CAD) in relation to the
Prize. Sponsor’s agency will contact the Grand Prize winner directly and help source and coordinate
the aforementioned cottage rental by utilizing online rental services available in all major markets.
The use of online rental services and the interpretation of “all major markets” shall be in sole
discretion of the Sponsor. The location of the cottage rental must be in Canada.
