PROMOTION PERIOD. The Promotion begins October 16, 2018 at 12:00:01 a.m. (Eastern Time) and ends October 31, 2018 at 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Promotion Period”).
The Salt Life Capture Your Adventure Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (except the Province of Quebec) who at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Salt Life, LLC, or their respective parent entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other affiliated entities, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons residing in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.

PRIZES. Sponsor will award one (1) Promotion Prize. Promotion Prize consists of one (1) GoPro Hero Session Camera, one (1) Samsung 32GB Memory Card and one (1) 50-in-1 action camera accessory pack PLUS a Salt Life Gift Code for the purchase of Salt Life products from www.saltlife.com in the amount of Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00). The approximate retail value of the Promotion Prize is Three Hundred and Fifty 00/100 Dollars (ARV $ 350.00).
Prize (and any portion(s) thereof) is non-transferable. Unless otherwise specifically provided for herein, all taxes or expenses, including, without limitation, sales tax, luxury tax and any other costs incurred in claiming or using any prize(s), are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.
