No purchase necessary. The Contest begins at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2018 (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence on or before April 1, 2018. Entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Contest Period to be eligible. Each entry will be time stamped. The Sponsor’s assignment of time stamps to any entry will be final. The Contest is not open to: (i) employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents of the Sponsor, or the Contest’s Sponsor or administrator, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates; (ii) the spouse and any member of the immediate family (defined as biological, step or adoptive mother, father, daughter, son, sister or brother) of any person described in (i); and (iii) any person who resides with any person described in (i) or (ii). The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

PRIZES/ODDS:

There are two (2) prizes (collectively the “Prizes” and each a “Prize”) available to be won as follows:

• (i) One (1) Grand Prize draw worth a total retail value of $14,999.95 CDN, consisting of:
  • One (1) RMI 632 P with Installation – $2,999.95 CDN (MSRP)
  • One (1) Landscape Services* (see below) – $5,000.00 CDN
  • One (1) WayFair^® Gift Card – $5,000.00 CDN
  • One (1) Big Green Egg^® Large Egg Package – $2,000.00 CDN (MSRP)
• (ii) One (1) Secondary Prize draw worth a total retail value of $2,829.80 CDN, consisting of:
  • One (1) RMI 422 P with Installation – $2,099.95 CDN (MSRP)
  • One (1) FSA 56 Battery Trimmer – $279.95 CDN (MSRP)
  • One (1) BGA 56 Battery Blower – $279.95 CDN (MSRP)
  • One (1) HSA 25 Battery Shrub Shears – $169.95 CDN (MSRP)

* The Landscape Service Contractor will be selected by the winner personally. It will be at the winner’s own discretion to select a Landscape Service Contractor that they feel will best suit their individual needs and budget. STIHL^® Limited Canada will ONLY pay up to a MAXIMUM of $5,000.00 CDN of the winner’s finalized landscaping bill. If the winner chooses to spend in excess of $5,000.00 CDN on landscaping improvements, it is up to the individual winner to pay those additional costs.

STIHL^® Limited Canada will provide the winner with a personalized cheque in the amount of $5,000.00 CDN to have the landscape work completed. A cheque will be issued to the winner once all declarations and waivers have been signed off by the randomly chosen winner, and the winner is deemed an OFFICIAL WINNER. Once declared an official winner, STIHL^® Limited Canada will send a cheque for Landscaping Services in the name of the winner within (30) thirty days.

Any conflict, unsatisfactory work performed, or unpaid bills are exclusively between the Landscape Service Contractor and the winner. The agreed upon work contract must be made between the winner and the Landscape Service Contractor. STIHL^® Limited Canada is not to be named in any part of the work contract. STIHL^® Limited Canada will not take any responsibility for the work completed by the Landscape Service Contractor, and cannot be listed in any litigation that may arise.

Once the landscape work is complete, a picture of your beautified property must be emailed to Gail Kenworthy at gail.kenworthy@stihl.ca. STIHL^® Limited Canada has the rights to showcase the newly landscaped property in any of their marketing materials.

The total retail value of both prize packages is $17,829.75 CDN (MSRP).
