Contest Period: The Imperial Oil Limited “What’s Under the Hood” contest (the “Contest”) starts on April 23, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) and closes on June 30, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. MT (the “Contest Period”).
Instant Prize: There are five thousand (5,000) instant prizes available to be won each consisting of one (1) $10 Canadian Tire gift card (an “Instant Prize”). The Instant Prize gift cards are valid at Canadian Tire retail locations in Canada and do not expire. All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of use set forth by Canadian Tire.
LIMIT: Only one (1) Instant Prize per Entrant.
Grand Prize: There is one (1) grand prize available to be won, which consists of one (1) trip for four (4) people to Austin, Texas (the “Grand Prize”) and includes:
round trip economy air transportation for four (4) people from the international airport closest to winner’s residence (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) to Austin, Texas, USA;
hotel accommodation for three (3) consecutive nights and four (4) consecutive days in Austin, Texas (based on two (2) standard rooms with double occupancy; room and room tax only);
$300 CAD worth of ground transportation provided via cheque from MacLaren McCann prior to departure
$1000 CAD in spending money for the winner provided via cheque from MacLaren McCann prior to departure
four (4) weekend grandstand passes for the Grand Prix, taking place November 15 – 17, 2013 (the “Event”); and
four (4) Mobil 1 race jackets.
Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $13,500 based on sample Halifax departure.
