The Burnbrae Farms contest (the “Contest“) is sponsored by Burnbrae Farms LimitedTM (“the Contest Sponsor“). The contest runs from 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“E.T.”) on November 17, 2021 to January 10, 2022 (the “Contest Period“).
The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. Employees (and persons with whom they are domiciled) of the Contest Sponsor, its agents and representatives, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as suppliers of materials or services related to this Contest, including the independent contest organization (collectively, the “Contest Parties”), are not eligible to enter the Contest. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”).

PRIZES Grand Prize – One (1) Grand Prize available to be won the “Ultimate Baking Prize Pack” (TOTAL ARV $1000 CAD) consisting of: a KitchenAid Professional 600 Series 6-Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer (ARV: $729 CAD), a Wilton Texturra Performance Non-Stick 7-Piece Bakeware Set (ARV: $102 CAD), and a Burnbrae Farms Gift Basket including Burnbrae Farms merchandise and product coupons (ARV: $169 CAD).
The features and characteristics of the Grand Prize element are at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor. The approximate retail value the Grand Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 CDN). The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-saleable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except that the Contest Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize for a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award.
Secondary Prizes – Four (4) Secondary Prizes (TOTAL ARV $250 CAD each) consisting of a Wilton Texturra Performance Non-Stick 7-Piece Bakeware Set (ARV: $102 CAD), and a Burnbrae Farms Gift Basket including Burnbrae Farms merchandise and product coupons (ARV: $148 CAD).
The features and characteristics of each Secondary Prize element are at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor. The approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00 CDN) (each a “Secondary Prize”). Each Secondary Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-saleable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except that the Contest Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a Secondary Prize for a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award.
Collectively, the Grand Prize, Secondary Prizes shall be referred to as the “Prizes”, and each a “Prize”. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize or Secondary per person. Each Prize will only be awarded to the person whose full name and valid email address appears on the applicable Entry.
