The Honda Civic Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) begins on July 1, 2022 at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 30, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
The Contest is open only to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.

Prize:
There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”) available to be won consisting of one (1) 2023 Honda Civic Sedan Touring (the “Vehicle”) with an anticipated approximate manufacturer’s suggested retail value (the “Anticipated MSRP”) of $33,865 CAD. The Prize includes destination/freight charges and all applicable fees and taxes – which results in a total approximate retail value of $33,865 CAD. Tax and fee calculation is based on the province of Québec. The amount of taxes and fees payable by the Sponsor will vary based on the confirmed winner’s province/territory of residence. The actual vehicle MSRP (the “Actual MSRP”) of the Prize will not be determined by the manufacturer until after the start of the Contest Period. The Sponsor and the other Released Parties are not responsible for any difference in the Anticipated MSRP and the Actual MSRP (without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater certainty, the Sponsor will not award the confirmed winner, or any other person, any difference between the Anticipated MSRP and the Actual MSRP).
